Mrs Mwikali Muthiani
An accomplished HR professional, Mwikali has over 15 years experience, most of which have been spent in leadership roles in diverse sectors including private, public and NGO. She holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nairobi. She also holds a post graduate diploma in Human Resources and poses exceptional skills in strategy formulation, change management, performance management, benefits strategy, employee development and talent management.
Mwikali chairs the HR Committee of the board and brings a wealth of experience and foresight. Mwikali has previously worked with ActionAid and GlaxoSmithKline as HR Director, where she headed HR operations in 9 countries within the Eastern Africa region. Ms Muthiani is currently serving as HR Director for the Nation Media Group, the biggest media house in East and Central Africa. She is also a Board Member of Faulu Bank Kenya, a deposit taking micro finance institution.
